Gym hair don't care :) Here's my mate Tasha Green and I, unleashing our locks and showing you how we wear our hair to the gym.
We have a laugh too!
How do you wear yours?
Now here's an adidas fit kit that has put a smile on my face.
The women's training hoodie comes with an adjustable drawcord on the hood that lets you cinch up your look and is so comfortable I actually wear it to lounge at home in.
I'm also keeping up with training in these women's full-length tights. They're super warm and feature an elastic waist with an eye catching graphic print with the signature 3-Stripes.
You can still catch the workouts that I created with adidas for their recent #WorkIt summer campaign on the adidas women's Facebook page.
Hope you like my new tracksuit.
My two favourite swimsuits from Motel Rocks as warn by me on a recent trip to Ibiza are right here.
I feel pretty confident in a swimsuit because it's harder to flash your bits in case (like me) you decide that jumping into the deep end of a pool repeatedly is better than the less child-like option of stepping into the pool gracefully.
Both swimsuits are size small which fits a UK size 10 but probably get a medium in the backless swimsuit if you have big boobs or are taller than 5 ft 8.
Hope you've got a last minute summer holiday to look forward to?
The venue is beautiful, featuring an open grill, quirky lounge spaces and an incredible roof terrace, the latter being where my friends and I dined.
I ordered the salad, lamb cuttles and chocolate bar and peanut crunch which was all, sensational. If only pictures could capture the wonderful flavours on my palette. Luckily, food envy wasn't a problem as I sampled the girls's lemon sole and chicken dishes too which were equally as pleasant. The salads are sexy, chips are chunky and West thirty Six plays the likes of Alicia Keys in the back ground. My idea of heaven.
Whether it's a dinner date venue you're after, a relaxed environment for a business meeting or simply somewhere to pop in for a drink, this venue ticks a lot of boxes. I think this just might be my new favourite place.
Let me know if you know of any other nice places to eat in London. I'd love to try them.
Lots of foodie love, AJ

Joe Wicks is an online nutrition coach and I follow him on Instagram for two reasons. 1. He's hilarious 2. His 15 minute meals.
Basically, he creates a range of healthy meals that take no longer than 15 minutes to make and condenses it into a 15 second video Instagram post. This is a recipe I pinched from his Instagram @TheBodyCoach; baked eggs in avocado with bacon.
Easy to make this is the perfect post workout meal or healthy breakfast/brunch, oozing with flavour, good fats and loads of protein and what's more, it's super easy to make.
I simply sliced my avocados in half, deseeded them and flattened the bottoms before cracking the eggs into the hollows where the seeds were, bunging it into the over for about 5 minutes whilst grilling a couple of slices of bacon and preparing my salad at the same time.
My eggs were a little on the large side leading to an egg white spillage into my baking dish and in hindsight, it would have been much easier to eat had I scooped the avocados out of it's skin before baking but nevertheless it tasted and looked fantastic!
I scoffed it with brown toast, cucumber, tomatoes, fresh coriander and spinach and made enough for two!
I shared the post on my Instagram @AJOdudu, got the thumbs up from TheBodyCoach himself and even TV chef Lorraine Pascale suggested her own take on the meal, which I'll definitely be trying.
Check out my Youtube video where I show you exactly how I made it.
It was filling and delicious so definitely give it a try and let me know what you think.
Loads of love, AJ

Sunday's are reserved for greatness and today has been just that as I took part in the happiest 5K on the planet! I didn't even have to wake up extra early as I merrily went to The Colour Run at Wembley Park in London, to meet my friends at the start line, along with over 15,000 people, who were all squeaky clean.
It didn't take long for our all white gear to resemble an explosion in a rainbow factory.
Each kilometre marked a colour storm of pink, blue and yellow paint powder and once at the finish line, we headed to the stage to listen to music, embrace the festival atmosphere and chuck around our own paint powder.
I came well prepared with a shower cap and goggles to protect my sensitive eyes. Not the most flattering get up but I don't have to wash my hair now so happy days!
I met the cutest dog who's hair had been painted and who's owner had pink, fluffly feet too!
Life really is better in colour, so keep an eye on my YouTube channel for the most colourful video ever coming soon! #ColourMeHappy
The Colour Run is ongoing across the UK throughout the year so be sure to find one near you be clicking here.
Let's talk breakfast, my favourite meal of the day. Breakfast provides fuel for your body and brain to function after an overnight fast by restoring your glucose levels. I always eat breakfast after an hour(ish) of being awake and in that time, I'd have already drank a pint of water. Here's a snap shot of some of the things that I've been eating for breakfast, which will hopefully help you decide how to tickle your taste buds in a healthy way, even before you've barely woke up.
To nip my sugar cravings in the bud bright and early, occasionally I have a small glass of orange juice also good source of fibre, energy and antioxidants. As you can see I love eggs for healthy fats and protein. Rye bread and grainy toast with butter or coconut oil on it are my carbs (which aren't the devil by the way) and avocado is full of healthy fats, vitamins and potassium. I eat with my eyes too so I like to keep my plate colourful with whatever salad vegetables I have knocking around in the fridge and the bacon, grilled mushroom and poached egg combination is my healthy alternative to a greasy English Breakfast fry up. Yum! What do you have for breakfast?
Whether you’re asleep, awake, bathing or running, your body needs energy. When you’re ill your vitality is sapped. When you’re working your enthusiasm is zapped.
I personally lead a hectic lifestyle in London as a TV presenter and DJ which requires a lot of vigour. Especially as I have other interests in blogging, vlogging and of course socialising. Recently I have been lacking in the energy department but with summer just around the corner (and so much more fun to be had) I don’t want to miss out on any of the above due to me being tired or weak. So allow me to introduce you to my new energy boosting buddy; adidas.
Yep, you heard me right. I have worked with adidas to co-create a bespoke workout that is specifically designed to boost your energy as part of their #WorkIt Summer Series. I love having a spring in my step and the exercise program that I created with adidas will enable that exuberant strut.
This June, over a six week period, workout moves will be revealed weekly on the adidas Women’s Facebook page allowing you (yes you) to join me on my energy boosting, upper body strengthening fitness journey.
Whilst my exercise program is not going to be revealed until June, I’m excited to share with you some snaps from my time shooting the instructional workout videos and flaunting the adidas autumn/winter collection, in a beautiful studio in Shoreditch, London.
In person, I was kept company with two bloggers and members of the #WorkIt family, Em Sheldon and Cat Meffan (pictured with me below) and an amazing team of creatives and photographers. In my mind however, I was occupied with Missy Elliot, the rapper of one of my favourite songs of all time, Work It. How fitting!
Anyway, I’m delighted to be teaming up with adidas in the latest chapter of their #WorkIt campaign, as it aims to encourage women across London and the UK to try out fresh fitness moves. I’m proud to be apart of such a movement, and as someone who loves leading a healthy lifestyle (most of the time) I actually would encourage everyone worldwide, to get involved.
Spring has sprung. The sun is shining and many of my friends are starting to think about shedding those winter pounds in a healthy way. If you too are looking to trim down then one thing that I would highly recommend as part of your fitness regime is High Intensity Interval Training which is most commonly referred to as HIIT.
Essentially, HIIT involves short but intense exercise followed by brief bursts of recovery. It’s a sure fire way to burn fat, strengthen core muscles, boost metabolism and benefit your cardiovascular system. Plus, it’s the ideal form of training if you have a busy schedule. Genius!
Recently, I tried a class called HIIT1000, a programme headed up by personal trainer, Mark Lucas at Dolphin Fitness in Pimlico. I have tried many HIIT classes around London so what makes Lucas’s approach so different?
Well for a start, each class has a maximum of four members to ensure the best personal attention. Mark also informed me that his HIIT1000 class involves longer periods of intensive activity, with shorter recovery times, at which point I let out a little yelp. Shorter breaks means less time for me to catch my breath!
That said, because the group was so small, Lucas came to personally encourage me (and every group member) to dig deep and complete each burst of intensive exercise to the best of our abilities. He had us doing assisted pull ups, in a corridor pushing weights, sprinting on the treadmill, rowing on machines, doing burpees...I mean if you want to shred and tone then this is for you and for me personally, the incorporation of different apparatus meant that I was engaged throughout the session with no sign of boredom.
So there you have it. HIIT1000 gets the thumbs up from me, but don’t just take my word for it, give it a go yourself by clicking here.
The programme takes place every Monday 9:30 am and Saturday 9:30 am. A trial session is £5, for a 5 pack of sessions £110, for a 10 pack £200 and a 20 pack £400 (the 20 pack includes a private 45 minute fitness and lifestyle assessment, pre and post body fat percentage testing and a bespoke nutrition plan based on your fitness goals.
