Lovebox Festival 2015 | What I Wore

Arh great,  British music festivals. The perfect time to get together with friends, have a few drinks, see some live music and people watch. (Yes, people watching...it's a thing) so when women's footwear brand, Butterfly Twists invited  me to Lovebox music festival in Victoria Park, yesterday in London, I was delighted.

In addition to Skepta,  Dizzee Rascal,  Groove Armarda and Rudimental, I also saw a LOT of female flesh at Lovebox music festival. I too was flashing a plenty of skin so here's what I wore.

It's a dress (a really short dress) by Motel Rocks. I'm 5 ft 7 and (as you've probably gathered) the size small looks more like a top than a dress on me. So, I wore a pair of shorts underneath it, mainly to save the eyes of innocent strangers and the trauma of them seeing my actual derriere...if only my fellow scantily dressed sisters would have done the same (come on girls :). 

I started the day wearing a metal head piece and ended it wearing a floral head band. Don't ask me how that happened but I think I prefer the flowers. 

I had a great time so now I have one hell of a sore throat and sleepy eyes to combat.

Wireless Festival Outfit

Yesterday I went to Wireless festival in Finsbury Park London and enjoyed live music performances from many incredible acts, including Major Lazor, A$AP Rocky and my favourite, Drake.

Drake, A$AP Rocky & Major Lazor at Wireless Festival

Duke Dumont, Labrinth and Ms Dynamite where just some of the acts I saw at yesterday's sold out Wireless Festival at London. I had an incredible time. The sun was shining, everyone was merry and ready to party.

Being on stage whilst Major Lazor performed was pretty special. Seeing them do their pre-show huddle and rock the crowd was spectacular.

For A$AP Rocky and Drake I wanted to be in the crowd so that I could rap along to all of their words with everyone else.

A$AP Rocky was of course, brilliant but Drake,  literally wooed the sold out audience, telling 40,000 people that they were the best crowd he'd ever seen in his life! Wow. What a statement. I couldn't help but blush. There's something about the way Drake communicates that always makes it feel like he's talking directly to you.  Skills. 

His set included London born grime artist, Skepta, ended with fireworks and had me bowled over.
